The story
Twenty-five years in prison have not softened Dwight 'The General' Manfredi, but his New York bosses would rather he set up shop somewhere else. Packed off to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to stake out new territory, the old-school capo assembles an unlikely crew of locals, a cab driver among them, and sets about building an empire in a city where nobody knows his name, while his ties to New York begin to fray.
