The short version

We don’t use tracking cookies, advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and you can use every page without giving us any personal information.

Cookies

Visitors get no cookies from us. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie for the site owner when signing in to the private admin area; it is needed to keep the owner signed in and is deleted when they sign out or close the browser.

Forms

The show filters and the quiz work through the page address only — nothing you choose is stored. We don’t have comment forms or newsletters. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.

Trailers (YouTube)

Show pages may include an official trailer. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press the play button; at that point the video is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that video.

Links to other websites

Links to streaming services and other websites pass through a short redirect on our site (/go/…). We count clicks per link — the date, the link and the page it was clicked on — but no IP address or other personal data. Once you arrive on another website, its own privacy policy and cookies apply. Some of these links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a limited time and not used to identify visitors.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us at hello@onlineoriginals.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
