The story
Each season of this anthology follows a grudge that refuses to stay small. In the first, a road-rage incident between struggling contractor Danny Cho (Steven Yeun) and Amy Lau (Ali Wong) hardens into a feud that takes over both their lives. The second moves to the elite world of a country club, where a young couple who witness their boss's ugly fight with his wife try to turn what they saw to their advantage.
Why it matters
Netflix won a bidding war for Lee Sung Jin's A24-produced series, and its first season swept the major awards: eight Primetime Emmys, among them the prize for best limited or anthology series, plus all three Golden Globes it was nominated for. The anthology format let it return in 2026 with an entirely new cast.
